The return period is 14 days after the date of receipt of the package.

The product must be in perfect condition, with its original box and accessories included. The shipping costs of all returns will be borne by the customer.

Once the package is received in our warehouses, its status will be verified and the amount will be refunded according to the same payment method used by the customer.
