All Neckmarine watches come with a 3-year (36-month) official warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in the movement, case, or internal components of the watch. It does not cover damage resulting from improper use, impacts, unauthorized tampering, or normal wear and tear of the strap, crystal, or battery.

Warnings and Exclusion of liability.

When you need to charge the watch, only use the charger model supplied with your smartwatch.
Do not use mobile phone or smartphone chargers or any other type that is not specific to the model.

This product is designed for non-professional use. It should not be used for medical purposes. The measurements provided are for guidance only and should not replace any medical examination.

Regarding the charger, take care to store it properly to avoid contact between damaged or broken cables and prevent short circuits.
Avoid exposing your watch to high temperatures, including humid environments with water vapor (inside saunas, etc.).
